Star Alliance

This project explores the user interface of the Star Alliance app. As one of the world's largest airline alliances, they are constantly looking to improve customer experiences. This project includes extensive research and surveys conducted over the course of a few weeks to identify the pain points of airports as well as a prototype in order to build a digital experience to improve the customer experience between connecting flights at airports.
